It is often difficult to be in the unfamiliar environment of a hospital, and we are here to help. Please call us, so we can help you negotiate the system of medical treatments and available services. If a patient is in the ER for many hours, please call us 3-4 hours after they arrive in the ER so we can make sure that they do not fall through the cracks.

If you feel you need help, please call their hotline so they can direct you to available services in that hospital, including the contact information of the liaisons and chaplains that are connected to hospital, and details of religious services and Shabbos rooms.
